You should have 650 Hit Rating in .4 this should be your top priority once you reach 600 Penetration. You can glyph one minor talisman with Crit Rating once you have about 8-900 Penetration without it. You should have Crit Rating on your shotgun and Crit Power on your pistols.

Description

This is a very versatile build aimed at players who are new to Nightmare dungeons. The rotation is fairly simple as you spam the business to build resources, use out for a kill whenever you can and time shootout with elemental force. Keep in mind that this is a build designed for those who are not in .4.4 gear yet. Once you have the stats for it you will be better off using a full proc build such as this one.

This build can be used, and will perform well even though your penetrating rating is below the recommended amount.

This build should NOT be used in the New York Raid.

Situational ABilities

Cleanup

Use this as your elite when you need to cleanse your group, or purge something. Can be handy versus several bosses in the 18s

Win-Win

Use this when youhave to cleanse yourself or your group, also very handy in the 18s.

Collaboration

As you are not likely to have the penetration rating to use perjury in the beginning, using collaboration as a secondary builder will allow you to cleanse yourself every 5 seconds.

Bond, Strong Bond

Replace shootout for even more cleansing, combine with win-win, collaboration or cleanup for fights where you need to cleanse multiple determinal effects.

Perjury

Can be used to cleanse yourself, however, if you have low penetration rating (less than 800) you should look into the active options instead until you get your pen rating up.
