Tier 1

Objective: Go to the eastern barricade

Go to the barricade at (655, 565).


Objective: Repel the assault

Defeat 3 waves of werewolves.

Tier 2

Objective: Find the werewolf camp

Continue down the trail.


Objective: Kill werewolves

Objective: Destroy the werewolf totems

Kill 7 werewolves and destroy 3 totems. Regular wolves do not count toward the werewolf kill count.


Tier 3

Objective: Scout the farm

Head down the trail to the farm at (785, 495).


Objective: Find out what happened here

Enter the farmhouse and clear out the werewolves in your way. Head upstairs and use the Orochi laptop. Enter option 1 into the laptop.


Objective: Investigate the Orochi truck

Leave the farmhouse and enter the Orochi van to the left.

Objective: Download information from the interface

Click on the large computer screen at the back of the van. It does not highlight like most objects you can interact with.


Tier 4

Objective: Locate one of the runestones found by the Orochi

Go to (730, 480). Use the Transport Case there.


Objective: Locate another runestone found by the Orochi

The next Transport Case is at (620, 505).


Tier 5

Objective: Go to the windmill

Head back up the hill to the windmill (615, 560).


Objective: Pierce the windmill’s secret

On the east side of the windmill you will find an archway with two slots above it. Place the two runes into the slots.


Objective: Enter the portal

Walk into the portal to enter the Dutchman’s Lair.


Objective: Investigate the cave

Enter the small shack-like structure to the back of the cave.


Objective: Put the Dutchman’s Shadow to rest

The Dutchman’s Shadow is a typical Wraith type enemy.


Objective: Examine the Dutchman’s journal

Read the journal in the shack.


Tier 6

Objective: Go back to the windmill

Exit through the portal.

Objective: Reinforce the low level ward

Go around to the front of the windmill and go up the stairs. You will find the low level ward right inside the doorway.


Objective: Reinforce the mid level ward

Go up the windmill. Counting the floor where you found the low level ward as floor 1, go up to the fifth floor. Outside on the walkway you will find the mid level ward.


Objective: Reinforce the high level ward

Head to the top of the windmill. On the south side of the balcony walkway you will find the high level ward.


Once you activate the high level ward your mission will be complete, however, this will also spawn a Revenant named Herald of Despair. You can choose to fight it or you can jump off the windmill and avoid the fight entirely.


Before you leave the windmill, you may want to pick up the mission Bearing Gifts from the Handwritten Note right inside the entrance to the windmill.
