Tier 1

Objective: Enter the Nursery

Continuing after the last mission, You Only Die Twice, it’s time to enter the Nursery. Before you go in, grab the lore to the right of the entrace as displayed on the image above.

Once inside, open the next door and a cutscene will trigger. You will enter a big dark room.

Tier 2

Objective: Explore the Nursery

Like in the Hatchet Falls facility, you will need to turn on the electricity. Head for the door at the other side of the room and take a left. You will find a fusebox there; click on it.

Now, leave the room. You’ll notice there is a big door on the other side of the hallway. It is currently closed. To open in, go inside the little office inside the big hall and use the computer.

Select Authorize Surveillance Access

Go through the now opened door, down the stairs and enter the Menagerie.

Take a left to get to the hallway between the two rooms. Remember to pick up the lore in the room to the right by the end of the hallway as shown on the image below. Then turn off the music using the radio on the bookshelf. Notice that the Orochi Nanny Drones will become hostile as soon as you turn off the music.

Defeat the drones and enter the hidden room (Wall in the hallway). There will be a computer inside, use it to Authorize Research Access, then go through the door with a keypad next to it.

Head straight forward and go trough the large double door. As you enter, you will be ambushed by a Tortured Experiment.

Where the Little Ones Go: In the bloody hallway, the Doctor’s Log is lieing on the ground. You should pick it up as it takes nearly no time to complete.
Flamethrower: Check the different rooms, there should be a room called “Weaponized Anima”, go in there and take a left, and use the Anima Infuser on the Flamethrower you got from Who Horrifies the Horors? to get a usable flamethrower!

To advance the mission, go inside the “Zero Point Pathogen” room (You’ll also find the last log for the side mission in there). An alarm will trigger and you will be attacked by filth infected humans carrying quantum braces.

Defeat Dr. Schreber and move on. As you enter the room with multiple carpets and a computer, your mission objective will become:

Tier 3

Objective: Find the Secret Room

Head for the computer and acess #4 Emma Smith (Emergency Protocols) and then #1 Access private lab. Enter the secret room.

As you walk into the secret room, a cutscene will trigger.

This mission will complete itself and automagically become I Walk Into Empty

    On the research terminal one entry references “nergal’s Rot” this is an
    easter egg reference to “Nurgle’s Rot” which is a disease carried by
    followers of the Chaos God Nurgle in the Warhammer and Warhammer 40k
    Universes.
