Cleanup in Greece is the first mission in the Filth of Karpathos Agent Mission Chain. The following and final mission is Clean-up on the Poop Deck.

An Orochi transport helicopter crashed on the island of Karpathos in Greece. Reports indicate the cargo contained barrels of Filth. A unit has been sent to assist with cleanup and word is coming in that Filth has begun to infect the local population.
