Objective: Collect supplies
Enter the CDC camp in the Quarantine Area and pilfer packages of supplies from the station. They certainly won't be using any in their Filthy state.
Objective: Deliver the supplies to Susanoo's Diner
Go to Susanoo's Diner (280,560), one of the few remaining safe spots within Kaidan-cho.
Walking inside is all it takes to deliver the supplies.
