The Trail of the Conquistador is the second mission in the "A Man of Principle" Agent Mission Chain within the Conquistadory story, second in the ♦️3 portion, and second overall in the storyline. The previous mission is The Lost Conquistador and the following mission is Chasing Jerónimo.
